Internally, A-1 has an industry known service department with trained Service Technicians as well as Quality Control Supervisors who strive to give our customers the level of service that is above industry standard. We pride ourselves that we have a full warranty department, which follows the Alberta New Home Warranty Guidelines to provide our customers the full benefit of our experience.

Our Quality Control Supervisors conduct daily site inspections of every job completed to measure workmanship above industry standard. Our Service Technicians have over 20 years experience in concrete repairs, customer service and are well versed in the Alberta Building Codes and Alberta New Home Warranty Guidelines. A dedicated service liaison is appointed to each of our clients, to facilitate all inquiries to ensure the lines of communication are always open.
